Four Stages to Decode Your Whole Pack
From the first meal you log to the day AI reveals the trigger you never suspected — here’s the full plan, stage by stage.
Log Every Bite & Symptom
Simple daily tracking that takes just a few moments
- Quick meal logging — Just tap what you or your pet ate
- Symptom tracking — Note digestive, skin, energy, sleep, joint, and mood changes
- Severity scales — Update ongoing symptoms without closing records, track changes over time
- Multiple profiles — Log for every human and pet in the household
- Works both ways — Many owners find their own triggers while tracking their pets
Pro tip: The more complete your data, the better pattern recognition works. Aim to log every meal and symptom for the clearest picture.

Watch Patterns Emerge
Consistent tracking reveals what matters
- Visual timeline — Track symptom severity changes over time
- Delayed reactions — Spot triggers that appear 24–72 hours later
- Trend analysis — Are things getting better or worse?
- Food correlations — Which foods appear before flares?
At Day 45: AI tools unlock to help analyze your data and indicate potential patterns you might miss.
Let AI Reveal the Hidden Patterns
Connections too subtle for the human eye
- Correlation engine — Maps every meal against symptom timing, automatically
- Delayed reactions — Surfaces triggers that appear 24–72 hours after eating
- Confidence scores — Know which patterns are statistically meaningful vs. noise
- Trigger ranking — See which foods affect you or your pet most strongly
- Cascade detection — Spot multi-ingredient combinations the timeline alone can’t show
Unlocks at Day 45 — once you have enough data for meaningful pattern analysis.

What Makes Us Different
Two things. One — it's built for your whole household, people and pets, from the ground up. Every profile is species-aware, so your dog's profile isn't asking about migraines, and yours isn't asking about paw-licking. Two — instead of counting calories, it connects what you eat (and your lifestyle) to how you feel, using AI-driven modeling to surface the links — including delayed reactions days later. No other tracker does both species.
An allergy test looks for allergies — immediate immune reactions. It's not built to catch intolerances and sensitivities, which are different: often delayed, dose-dependent, and invisible to a panel. That's the gap we fill — tracking your food and symptoms over time surfaces the patterns a test isn't even looking for. (A tracking tool, not a diagnosis — it doesn't replace medical testing.)
Those are calorie and macro trackers — they count calories and nutrients. We track what you eat and how you feel, then find the connections between the two — and we do it for pets too, not just people.
Most are built around a single person — Bearable, for example, is one person per account, so a second person needs their own (and their own subscription). We're multi-species from the ground up: people and pets, each under one account, each profile tracking only what's relevant to it. Tracking your dog's triggers and your own would otherwise mean two apps and two subscriptions.
A paper diary can't catch a reaction that hits five days after the food. The app correlates across time and uses AI-driven modeling to surface the delayed links a human eye misses — connecting what you ate days ago to how you feel today.
Two things shaped it. Our founder, Kristina, got 25 years of psoriasis under control by going carnivore — the strictest elimination diet, and the cleanest "reset" for finding what your body reacts to. And we built for pets from day one — cats and dogs are biological carnivores, so the carnivore lens fit them just as naturally. But although meat heavy in app name, the tracker works for any way of eating — keto, AIP, elimination, animal-based, low-FODMAP, Mediterranean, or none. The name's our origin, not a rulebook.
